Wat Pho Eingang in 2min fußläufig erreichbar, Palast in 15min. Preis-Leistung stimmt.
Nice cozy place near by river and Wat Pho. It was nice they let me check in at 9:00am. Downside was a shower. Hot water didn't work or they don't.....However I like the place a lot and breakfast was amazing.
The location is fantastic for visiting the main sites in the Old City. You really can't beat it. The room itself is functional. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, clean shower and a refrigerator but absolutely no frills. Our room (305) had a very small balcony and a fantastic view of both Wat Pho and Wat Arun, There isn't any staff at this location except in the restaurant. You check in just a few doors down at Arun Residence but it was very easy. All in all, loved our stay. Great if you just need a place to sleep and take a short rest between the different sites because man is it HOT here.
The location is perfect is next to wat phra chetuphon and the grand palace, the only thing is that one of the beds had hair on it so they did not clean the room before we got there.
When we checked in, we were given a room key that did not unlock the hotel’s front door. We did not realize this issue until late at night on the first day of our stay in Bangkok. Fortunate, a neighbor (not affiliated with the hotel), knows the management and went round her corner to report the problem. Bottom line: It look half an hour to get into the building. Our room, #305, has an excellent view of Wat Pho, which is beautifully lit at night. Then we discovered the bathroom in #305 has no hot water, making it impossible to take a shower. When we brought the issue to the attention of management the next day, their solution was to give us the key to an unoccupied room on the same floor, which had a trickle of hot water — nothing more.
Was able to check-in late by walking a few meters to an associated hotel and retrieved my key with no hassle. Was only there for a few hours to sleep, but it looked cute and the staff were friendly.
We took a taxi to get to this accommodation. We paid 450THB.The driver drop us at the main entrance of Wat pho. I suggested to use gps to locate the Chetuphon Gate exact location. Our room is on the 2nd floor pretty basic the room is clean, free bottled water, clean towels.I booked a deluxe room with queen bed size but our was 2 single bed instead.Restaurant is at the main floor. Chetuphon gate is a walking distance to wat pho and Grand Palace.Wat Arun is just a ferry boat away.So far experience was ok although I was expecting a bit more.
What a fab location with Wat Pho 9n your door step and a fab restaurant Arun which over looks Wat Arun. Great street food outside and close taxi to kho san road. Overall great value for money.
Our room didn’t really look like the pictures. We didn’t had a window but it was clean, quite spacious (2 floors). Location is great, close to temples, small market and good local restaurants! We also had a fridge, water bottles and kettle to make coffee or tea which was really enjoyable!
Sinon excellent séjour a chetuphon Gate
Cero recomendable
Nothing stood out with this hotel, we had an issue with our first room but it was corrected right away. The rooms are quite small. Just a pleasant place close to things to see.

Small Hotel, small rooms, great location
Small Rooms, ours had only a small window near the ceiling, but we could see that other rooms had a view. The hotel and the amenities are clean. No breakfast though, but that can easily be compensated by the restaurants in the area. We recommend the BaanThaThien Café ! Great food, good service and cheap prices.
The big plus of the hotel is the location : just across from Wat Pho, close to the Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaeo and Sanam Luang. Take the boat to get over the river to Wat Arun in about 5 minutes. Interesting to visit ... Museum of Siam, if you wondered what "thainess" is all about. Just don't trust the broken entry on the street of the hotel, the Museum is open, but you have to walk around to the new gates.
For the evening, the Tha Maharaj and Yodpiman River Walk areas with restaurants and small shops are about 10-15 minutes walk away.
Best location, the staff is in a different hotel, so if you reach late you need to go to another hotel at the end of the street.
Breakfast starts at 9am.

Location is good, but...
We stayed ther only one night, and it was kind of upsading. Location is great, close to everything. Room is very small, somewhat clean, but all night there were noise like mouse eating something.
