"We liked EVERYTHING about this hotel. Our room was just steps away from the beautiful hot tubs and fire pits on the roof with a mountain view. The Roam bus stop was just across the street, and the hotel gave us day passes. "

"Great place to stay with a large family. Reasonable price and well laid out and functional cabins. They were clean and well maintained with friendly staff. Parking was difficult with a larger vehicle, but doable. Wi-fi was slow at certain times. There were only 2 sets of washers and dryers (one of which was out of order). Overall a great stay with a few minor issues."

"We had a wonderful stay. If you’re staying in a simple queen sized suite, you may want to make sure you’re okay with the possibility of kids being in the suite above yours because you can hear people running around a lot. Otherwise, the location of this resort was very convenient for Banff downtown and hikes. "
