"Huntly offers very few hotels, sadly, this is one of them. It’s miserable, cold, has damp in the wardrobe and is overall an expensive dump charging £130 a night. "

"This is the worst place we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately we had prepaid for a five night stay. We were greeted by a lady in a dressing gown at 4:15pm who showed us the room and said it was a continental breakfast and there was a fridge we could put our milk in. This is a residential bungalow with the lounge used for the breakfast room. The following morning the went for breakfast to find there was a kettle with no water in it, a toaster but no bread. there were no yogurts, fruit juice,...

"Beautiful quiet cottage to recharge and reflect. Very sad time for us due to bereavement but cottage helped to heal our souls. We all loved it even the dog. Mattresses were a bit hard for our backs and sofas a bit soft and low but would not deter us from coming back. Wood burner was excellent at keeping cottage cosy. 9/10"
