2 bedroom semi-detached cottage with a beautiful well maintained enclosed shared walled garden.
This truly is a hidden corner of Scotland where the pace of life is slow, air refreshing and food delicious, with a good nights sleep assured, these historic self-catering cottages make for the perfect holiday recipe.
Beadles Cottage is suitable for disabled access with one step in at the front and back entrance, all rooms are on one level, however the shower is over the bath. During the colder months guests can enjoy the added benefit of a wonderful woodburning stove.

The well-tended grounds and gardens are superb with wonderful views over the valley and ample private parking surrounded by mature trees. The setting is rural yet 1 mile inland from the quaint traditional Scottish fishing village of Whitehills and 3 miles from Banff, a town with some of Scotland's finest examples of 16th and 17th century architecture, which includes Duff House built in 1743 by Robert Adams and now an outstation of The National Galleries of Scotland.

Very friendly and attentive host. Cozy and practical cottage, impressive garden. The area is truly a hidden treasure with relaxed people.
Lovely property, huge enclosed garden, very peaceful. Owners very helpful, property clean and tidy, nice welcome pack, and good facilities. Lovely wood burning stove. Would recommend
A fantastic find. The cottage had everything you could wish for including a huge secure walled garden for our Setter lad. The cottage is one of two so normally we would have shared the garden but this time we had it to ourselves, something to consider if your pet prefers their own space. Two cafes very close by, a short walk to the village harbour and places to eat. Would thoroughly recommend and we will certainly return.
Lovely house with big enclosed garden. Stunning views beyond. Friendly hosts, who live nearby if you need assistance. Our dog was made very welcome and enjoyed her stay, as did we. Great area for exploring. Off-road walking to friendly local pub and places to eat just a mile away in Whitehills. Walkable to local deserted beaches and coastal path. Highly recommend.
Lovely property and location, so peaceful. Ramsay and Tracy made sure we had all we needed. The walled garden was a sun trap and super safe for our puppy and the local area was great for days out.
Sitting out in the evening with a glass of wine and a good book - what could be better. Also a lovely tea room right next door - super cakes and quiches. What more do you need for a relaxing break.
We had such a lovely time at the Beadles cottage .Ramsay and Tracy were amazing hosts and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The views from the cottage are extraordinary and it was definitely a good retreat away from city life. The Sunday tea room is a minute walk away and we enjoyed their delicious cakes and hot drinks. We definitely recommend staying here and wish to visit again. Thank you Ramsay and Tracy for the beautiful experience.

We had a great week staying at the cottage. Beautiful setting, beautiful garden and a lovely place to stay. The cottage had a lovely homely feel and the owners were very friendly with lots of ideas on what to do in the area. I think our favourite part was the all the birds in the garden. We had a great time spotting them all. Thanks again for a great holiday and I’m sure we will be back. X
The cottage, garden and hosts were all charming. The location was superb with beautiful countryside, lovely villages, a superb local coffee shop and wonderful beaches and sea side walks. An ideal break and such welcoming and helpful hosts.
Fantastic location near to beach, walks and coffee shops.
Idyllic views from garden and very comfortable inside. Very dog friendly with high walled garden.
Sunday House tea rooms and Boyndie Centre both highly recommended for lunch. Sunday House even delivered our lunch over the adjoining wall.
We had a great time in beadles cottage. Everything was spotless and the welcome pack was very generous too. The garden is huge with beautiful views. There is a little tea room next door which I need to go to next time but really handy to have. Only 5 minutes drive to lovely beaches. One of the best holidays we've been on in one of the best cottages. The owners were so helpful and nothing was a bother to them. Definitely will be back
