Beautiful building and unique location. Comfortable room and wonderful dining experience! Staff a little inexperienced but very helpful and friendly. Poor communication between restaurant and hotel had us very nearly not being charged for dinner. You shouldn’t have to rely on the honesty of your guests! Otherwise faultless.

Två övernattningar med familjen, bl a för att fira min födelsedag. Härlig miljö och läge, mysigt hotell m bra service och god mat. Hotellreceptionisten mycket hjälpsam och även personalen vid frukosten. Däremot blev jag väldigt besviken över bemötande/service vid födelsedagsmiddagen; trots att vi förbeställt förrätt och middag fick vi vänta 1 timme innan förätten serverades och ytterligare 1timme innan huvudrätten kom in. Mitt barnbarn (5 år) som inte beställt förrätt fick vänta 2 timmar på sin barnmeny, likaså drickan till barnen (2 glas fanta) fick vi fråga efter flera ggr. Ingen frågade hur maten smakade eller om ngn önskade dessert. Maten var god, men upplevelsen gjorde att stämningen blev väldigt irriterad vid bordet.

Da vi kom var det ingen respsjon, vi måtte rundt å spørre etter hjelpfor å få nøkkel,når vi tak i noen ga de oss bare nøkkel uten boe informasjon om hvor rommet lå, eller når det var frokost. Etter vi hadde funnet rommet hørtr vi om det var mulig å få nor mat. Kl var 20.45, og på nettsiden står det at resturangenvar åpen til 22. Vi fikk et surt svar om at det var ikke mulig å få noe mat. Når vi spurte om hvor vi kunne funneensnnen plass å spise,var det ikke noe hjelp å få. Vi skulle ha 2 overnattinger der, men reiste videre dagen etter. Utrolig dårlig service.
