The only negative I can tell is there’s no electric outlet near the bed so it’s hard to charge the cell phone unless it’s far from you. The price per night for the room is very reasonable. "

"Big rooms with super friendly staff. Good restaurants in hotel but not much else around except a grocery store and breakfast food is luke warm at best. Using taxi and arranging tours is the way to go. Hotel includes airport pick-up and drop-off which is very helpful. Would stay here again."

"The building looks old and the staff are noisy specially during bedtime. No elevator. No free water, coffee, sugar and cream. No free toiletries. It’s accessible/walking distance to Omar Saifuddien Mosque. Jollibee and mall nearby."

"Bathroom fan is on 24/7. Shower doors broken won’t close. Lack of hot water (6 min max). Extremely Leaky toilet. Leaky bidet hose. Broken air conditioner remote. Loud generator sounds throughout the day/night. Kettle cannot fit under the sink at all to refill water. Lacking “do not disturb” door sign. Loud sounds from water pipes. Cafe inside the hotel doesn’t operate. Cafe outside of the hotel is cash only. Stray dogs wandering around."
