"Excellent value for money. A one night stop over and everything was pretty decent. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Only one working elevator which was a bit annoying as the wait was long but apart from that no other negatives at all."

"Pros:The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was well appointed and very clean. The onsite restaurant was very good and our server (Jay) was fantastic. Cons: The room we had was, unfortunately out one and into another fire door that was very difficult to navigate with luggage. The spa was not well staffed and we were unable to book anything for our stay. I suggest you check very early after booking if you want to use the spa/massage services."

"Staff are amazing and hotel very clean. Hot water poor and was misinformed on enquiry regarding it. Unfortunatley and do not blame this person as new to position but we were told no hot water for couple days. Spoke to another later and explained due to hotel being quiet and old piped needed to run sink and bath taps together until hot eventually comes through. Other wise 5 stars all the way and we will definitely be back"
