"Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you."

"The pool is huge and the trees and gardens around the pool are beautiful. It's a very nice area to relax at. This hotel is excellent for families with children because many of the rooms are around the pool so parents can relax on the balconies while their children play in the pool steps away. "Delightful staff. Helpful in the extreme though their English is minimal. A lovely peaceful spot right on the wide sandy beach. Not a lot around and no good restaurants but the chef at Verano Beach is pretty good so, though we had a car, we ate in the hotel every night under the stars. Large, colonial rooms all in white have all the usual amenities but they are a tiny bit tired. Didn't put us off though and we hope to return."

"Golf excellent 2X18 holes and quite busy BUT none of the golfers stayed in the hotel. The hotel was run down. There was a large group of teenagers saying so it felt more like a youth hostel. The rooms are big but tired and furniture falling to bits. The bathroom was mouldy, the balcony was filthy and the chairs too, we asked for clean ones and they simply covered the chairs in towels. "Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. "My family wanted a beach front villa with a pool. This villa had everything we wanted. They had a kitchen and had everything you needed to cook. But you didn’t need to as there are 3 seafood restaurants metres from the property. The beds were very comfortable. All the furniture and appliances are of good quality. Loved the view and the pool. We will book this villa again next time we are in Thailand."
