"4 Night stay in an Ocean view room was very good. The room was spacious, clean and in good condition with a large balcony with two chairs and table to sit and enjoy the view . The staff at check in and the entire stay were friendly and helpful. Location is just one block to the beach and close to the largest mall and many restaurants. There are three pools and I enjoyed the rooftop one - although small it was good. The breakfast buffet was ok but that could use improvement . Overall a good stay and I would probably return."

"The rooms and common spaces are extremely clean. The breakfast had an excellent variety of dishes and beverages. The location was outstanding, 3 minute walk in any direction to scooter taxi stand, baht bus route, 7-11, massage shop, dining, bars, dispensary. The hotel architecture and decor are modern. Bed and bath linens are high end. Housekeeping made my room look comfy every day. What really sets the Amethyst apart from the competition is the welcoming and helpful staff, from the bellmen, front desk staff, housekeepers, security, breakfast severs and cooks, severs at the roof top pool and the Managers, the team wants to help make your holiday excellent. This is my third time to stay at this property, and has become my go to hotel when visiting Pattaya."

"Its a nice hotel and staff were nice. The location is really good, just cross the street from the beach. We booked building block D which is the newer building. I stayed at the room with a kitchen but the kitchen was not fully equipped - no cutting board, knives or utensils. Only 2 glasses, 2 plates and a few bowls. They will provide a pan if you request them but we expected it to be fully equipped like other hotels with similar rooms."

"October 5 2026 stay at holiday IHG in pattaya for 4 night 5 days the person name is ( Tile ) on the front desk person he care my luggage bring to the room. Give me a lot of information where to go to the restaurants and the beach. Is close by less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and terminal 21 everything is close by and before my last days he booked the taxi at 1pm for me pattaya to Bangkok Thailand"
