"Clean hotel however it is a little far from Bangkok tourist activities. If thats what you're looking for then this hotel is for you. 30min from BKK and 30min to Siam. Very secure and safe location with 24hour guards at the lot entrances. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool seemed nice but we didn't use it. The fitness center and sauna complete the package. It is also located next to a busy freeway but not horribly loud however you know its there. A good value if you want to get out of the heart of Bangkok but still stay close enough."

"Great hotel, I stayed for 11 days and as each day pass, the staff was basically becoming a family to me. Great staff, rooms are spacey and huge for solo traveling, it’s about 25 minutes from BKK airport and Bangkok Hospital was a short 15-25 minute drive. It’s not the traffic you got to worry about it’s the damn traffic lights that are 3-5 minutes long that just drags on forever and if you get stuck at one, you get stuck at all of them. With that said, location of hotel was pretty decent. Everything you need is a short walk away, and the fun areas of bangkok are about a 30-40 minute drive. Thank you to the amazing staff and I can’t wait to go back."

"Did not have breakfast. Did not take shuttle to the airport. The info on the website was not accurate. Shuttle was planning to drop me off at a metro link and I was told that it was a 15 min walk to the terminal. I took a taxi to the airport. Will not use this hotel again."

"Pay for breakfast onsite. It's the most spectacular breakfast buffet catering to local cuisine as well as typical eggs, pancakes,etc. The best breakfast I've ever had."

"The property is well maintained and the staff are polite and helpful, however we booked a room for 4 people (two adults and an 11 and 9 year old) and arrived to discover the twin room booked for our group contained two single beds. We ended up spending another £30 on an additional bed for the night. At breakfast we were told only two of our party were covered and had to argue that we’d booked a room for four so should all be included. I’m not sure if this is a hotels.com issue or the hotel/properties. If booking for a family be aware that you may find you incur significant additional charges. The pool are was very well kept and quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great so I’m very glad we didn’t pay extra for two of us to have it."
