"The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). "The property manager, Ms. Prakong was very proactive in helping. She communicated with us when we would arrive. She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful. "The staff works unobtrusively around the clock to clean, repair, prep, and perfect everything. Our sea deluxe view room was huge and had perfect views. The pools are gorgeous and perfectly clean, the beach is soft white sand and cleaned 2x a day, there's tons of seating all over the resort so it's easy to find a pool, beach, or restaurant spot. You never wait a long time for food or drinks. Fastest hotel/resort service I've ever had. One of the best details is its proximity to the little town, which is full of restaurants, smoothie carts, mini marts, tour operators, spas, and scooter rentals. It's all a few minutes walk. You are definitely not stuck here."
