"My husband and I stayed here as a weekend escape from Guangzhou, China. It was a breath of fresh air! The driver was arranged to pick us up from the airport and the process was seamless. He was hospital and very accommodating. The room was so clean and comfortable and the food at the property was to die for! We did the Full Day excursion with the elephants and everything was perfect! The value for the money spent as guest from the Western World was impressive. The elephant wake-up call was so worth it. We loved our stay here and would recommend it hands down to every and everyone! "

"Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."

"The property is beautiful. Room was nice but dark with only 2 windows. Staff very pleasant. Expedia site incorrect on services. No made to order breakfast. The 1st 2 days was a buffet and I am vegan so I had toast, fruit and coffee then had plain rice or french fries for dinner. No tour services or info. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, dogs barking and roosters crowing all times of day. The close proximity to mae klang waterfall made for a nice walk and great place to have lunch along the riverfront. "

"This beautiful sanctuary truly is magical! If you think you're going to have any western luxuries, please reduce your expectations! This is a rural eco lodge. We stayed in the mountain cabins and we didn't have hot water, so we made due with coldish water. That really was the only inconvenience. Food was amazing! From the staff to the elephant handlers, it was sooooo great! Being able to see the elephants walk around and feed them and watch their personalities shine, really was magical. As for the tours, please do not miss them! We did 2 tours. The jungle temple trek with Chat and the full day elephant hike with Tip(Dip) were amazing! They are so funny and knowledgeable! Enjoy this sanctuary!"
