"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

We had hoped that the balcony would be a place to sit and relax in the morning, but the small chair and table barely fit in the narrow space and the balcony wall too high to see over when seated. "I chose this property because they advertised they had an onsite restaurant and I could get meals. The restaurant was closed and there are limited food options in the area around the hotel. Staff professed to ‘not understand’ English when I tried to find out where I could get breakfast or a ride to town (about a 30 minute walk) - GRAB was non existent!"
