In particular a huge thanks to Ronnie and Amy who went out of their way to take time and assist us getting to a local wedding when all other taxi firms were unavailable due to storms and road closures.. "Lovely hotel with fabulous friendly staff in a great location. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite with hot tub which was a lovely surprise. Easy walk down the hill to Bowness-On-Windermere. Just a bit of feedback with the Room. Not enough plug sockets in lounge area. The safe was located at top of wardrobe and neither myself or my daughter could reach. "
