"The location is very close to the bus terminal to the Falls. On the left hand of the hotel, there is taxi company to get the taxi to the airport. In the room, there is no cups, no chairs to sit. The front desk is really nice to help u. The breakfast is not really good."

My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit. "

"When I requested a cab from my previous hotel, I thought they accepted credit cards. When I arrived at O2 I didn’t have cash. I went in to the desk and a very nice man who speaks Ingles helped me and ran out to the cab and paid him. I was very surprised and relieved. He continued to be attentive and helpful throughout my stay. "

"I had travelled 25 hours and was very tired when I arrived, and the staff were particularly helpful. They came to my room and helped set up the safe and the TV when I couldn’t. I like that they have bottled water in the lobby area that the guests can always access. They don’t have lots of flashy stuff, but you have everything you need and the things they have are all good (like the hot shower). "

"Absolutely nothing, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ITS A FLEE PIT, carpet was threadbare, stained and felt damp, room was very old could not see out of windows due to steel blind, room door would not close with out slaming it then it would not open. Noise from road and other room was just ongoing, breackfast room was in the basement no windows and very limited choice. We had booked for 10 night stayed 1 when we spoke to the reception person they conveniently could not speak english any more, we left...
