"It’s always important to remember you get what you pay for. this was a budget- friendly destination, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness or the courtesy of employees. The room however was slightly worn, but who cares? it was clean, it was what I asked for. I needed a roof over my head. I needed to feel safe all of this happened. I needed an accessible room. I got one.I was satisfied."

"My family and I had the best stay here!!! ( August 5-7, 2026)The staff was amazing..Linita and Makayla were beyond kind and helpful. They were personable and answered all of the questions I had about surrounding Baltimore. My son has Down Syndrome and Linita and the staff were so kind to him and had some conversations with him. There was a refrigerator in the room and the beds were very comfy. The area was perfect and walking distance to everything that we needed to walk to. We went to a baseball game at Camden Yards and we walked and it was perfect. The parking lot was right next to the hotel and it was in and out as much as you want. I cannot wait to go back and stay at Pier 5 again!!"
