"I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday away from home. I want to acknowledge the employees who provided excellent customer service at the front desk: Ms. Darlene, Ms. Denise, Andrea, Erin & Tyeshier whether in-person or talked to them on the phone. They were all professional and willing to helpf. Additionally, Mr. Wright, the shuttle driver; Maintenance technician, Alex; Housekeeper Sherdina & food service staff were great as well. The breakfast selection was nice and food was delicious. Kudos to the General Manager Mikhail who is very professional and friendly. I've stayed here numerous times in the past and this is why I chose to come back.
