TERRIBLE

The customer service is terrible! It took an hour to check in after I drove four hours to get there. The hotel clerk was very unprofessional and not very helpful at all. My sheets on my bed had cigarette burns on them. There were used water bottles on top of the counter. The room did not smell clean so I decided to go buy bleach to wipe the room down. I was never informed that the hotel was under renovations, everything was a mess. NEVER AGAIN!

The property was under renovation when I stayed, not very comfortable, not very inviting. I also could hook up my game system in my room, I always bring my game to any hotel I stay in so this was a inconvenience.
