"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. "Ideally situated for old town square. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. We were staying at the rear of the hotel, but i imagine it could be noisy at the front, with traffic on the cobbled road. Only things missing is a seating area with possibly the option of coffees etc. Also the showers were a bit slippery. Would definitely consider another visit."
