"Excellent location and very friendly staff. We spent two nights here to experience the Arctic region of Norway. While our conducted tour to the fjords was cancelled due to bad weather, it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the Paris of the north i.e., Tromso. Due to its central location we were able to walk to the Polaris Museum, the Radhus (Town Hall), the City Library, the Cathedral, and eat at some nice restaurants including the one in the hotel itself. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay! It is convenient to shopping and restaurants and has a beautiful view of the harbour and mountains! Staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet has many many incredible offerings, including gluten free grains, bread, and much more! 4 varieties of pickled herring! The Chef is friendly and knowledgeable about GF items."

"Very happy with our stay and would come back! The contactless check in was very easy and convenient. The property sends emails at each stage of the stay with detailed information of how to check in and out and made it really easy. The area is super close to everything you need and you can walk to most things. There was a washing machine in the room which was super convenient. There were so many restaurants in walking distance and the best little cafe Vervet Bakeri across the street with the best sandwiches and baked goods. The only thing I found odd was that the bedroom window was to the hallway, a little strange but once the curtains are closed it’s not an issue. Very spacious room with everything you need. Very happy with our stay!"
