"The room is clean, bed is comfy. TV has youtube which is good as no english tv channels are avaliable. Bathroom size is great with strong ventilation that keeps the bathroom dry fast and smelless. Staff is ok. However, amenities in the bathroom are inadequate. Only one hand wash and a all in one shampoo/air conditioner/ body wash. Free coffee and tea for all guests all day long is nice but it is a replacement of no coffee machine /tea in the room. The only purpose here was to view the aurora which was successful which made staying in this hotel was still great."

"Great location on the water while also in the city center. Breakfast was also good with many choices of food and beverage. Always seemed full with guests which also meant that check in was not until mid to late afternoon as they noted on their site. "

"This hotel is in a great spot in the middle of all the shops in Tromsø. There was a small parking deck under the hotel that we took advantage of. We were able to walk to all the sites in the downtown area. Polaria was a short walk which was very nice. We were able to see the seals which my wife loved. We did not take advantage of the restaurant or bar at the hotel, but we were surrounded by options a short walk away. We loved our stay here and would stay again."
