Guests will have a access to Room and the picnic tables + outdoor space on the side of Building 2.

If your group is bringing more than one vehicle we ask that you park in front of the room behind one another. You will park in front of Building 1.
1- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
2- No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the rooms or on the property. A $175+ fee will be charged for smell remediation if smoking or vaping occurs in the room.
3- Pets: We are a DOG friendly motel
- We allow dogs at the property at the cost of $20 per dog, per day. We only allow up to 2 dogs per room. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA.
- Service Animals are permitted at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA, as long as accommodations are reasonable.
Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
4- Guest Count: All guests, including children and infants, must be listed on the reservation. The total guest count must match the booking.
5- Late Check-Out: Check-out time is at 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fee. If you'd like to extend your stay, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
6- Toilets: Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, even if labeled “flushable,” or other non-disposable items to prevent plumbing issues.
7- Parties and Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Cleaning fees starting at $150 will apply if additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or parties.
8- Exterior Cameras: For your safety and ours, security cameras are in use on the exterior of the property. Do not tamper with or disable them.
9- Damages and Missing Items: Please report any damages or missing items during your stay. Additional charges may apply for unreported issues found after check-out.
10- Trash: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside your room to avoid attracting pests.
11- Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance for unexpected events. Refunds cannot be provided due to inclement weather or other disruptions beyond our control.
12- No Drugs or Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
13- Respect for Property: Please leave the room in good condition. Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional fees.
14- Maintenance: Light maintenance may occur during your stay. If service is required, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.
