"We had a lovely overnight stay at the Angus Hotel. Great value for money, with friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to book your swimming slot in advance, as the pool gets very busy. The restaurant closes between 5-6pm, so we missed the chance to eat there, but the chippy across the road was excellent. As it’s an older building, the floors can be quite creaky, but overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"rooms fully air-conditioned, the room was clean, breakfast was good but they don't tell you that you can order eggs vegetarian sausages and other items from the kitchen, also they take a £50 deposit at check in where other hotels don't they just use a card for security; but all in all a nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff"

"Well appointed accommodation, good quality fittings and comfortable bed , annoying issue with toilet that did not flush , changed room new room had no crockery , TV was not working, changed batteries next day all ok. Simple housekeeping issues clearly not supervised. Easy to fix though , breakfast highly priced, found good breakfast nearby at almost 40 % less. Shop around"
