"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"

"The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. "The room was very small and dated. But what the room lacked was made up by the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us more than once. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!"

"Convenient to Belfast international airport however our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours so we couldn’t really get to enjoy the whole hotel.
