"Very poor. I will not recommend this hotel. Book it at your peril. You have been warned. There is a difference between the management of the accommodate (focal point) and the hotel side (Guest 365). Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised.
