"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. "The location was excellent and walking distance from the beautiful English market, shops and restaurants. Since it is a student accommodation I was prepared to a less confort, but our family stay was great. The place super clean and the person working at the registration desk was wonderful. Overall a great experience. "
