Disappointing

Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. There was no socket to plug in hairdryer near the mirror. The staff serving breakfast looked like they weren't enjoying their job. We couldn't get back in after being out with friends that night. Door was locked, rang intercom few times only to be told there was no one there. Finally a man opened the door and said "you should have used the intercom" I did 3 times and knocked hard on the door. I think we should have been told at check in that the door is locked at night. You have to walk through small dining area to access bedrooms which is awkward when people are dining. Wouldn't like to stay there again.
