We had an excellent stay at the Tides B & B while golfing the course. The room was impeccably clean, breakfast was delicious and hospitality was wonderful. I’d highly recommend this property if you’re passing through Ballybunion. Thank you Tides B & B for the memorable stay.

This felt like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The breakfast a delight. My daughter is still talking about their Nutella crepes for breakfast. David and Doreen were absolutely wonderful hosts. We look forward to returning at some point when we come back to Ireland!

I would live here if I could! The owners were fantastic! We loved seeing all the golf accolades. I love love loved the room. It was so spacious and we each had our own comfortable bed (or couch for my teen, by choice)! I loved that the tv had Netflix. It was just a wonderful stay.

This reservation was a saving grace after a VRBO reservation was ignored by the owner in Dingle. This is a wonderful property and the manager is a gentleman without equal. He was upset at the cost we had been charged and adjusted it to my advantage as it should have been. The room was great and the breakfast was superb. I could not recommend a place more if folks are heading to Tralee.

Comfortable and very clean.

We stayed for 3 nights and were very well looked after. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. David and Doreen did everything they could to make us feel welcome. A most enjoyable stay and we would recommend very highly.

This stay was amazing. After going around Ireland and visiting Northern Ireland for 8 days, this was our favorite stay. I would highly recommend booking at least a night or two here. Amazing!

This is a super clean modern B&B run by a wonderful couple in a great part of Ireland. David the host is a local expert on everything of local interest including how to play each hole at Ballybunion’s old course. His wife provides breakfast choices that are exceptional. Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Tides B&B in Ballybunion. David and Noreen were so welcoming, kind, and helpful as we were planning our next couple days in the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, and Galway. Our room (#6) was spacious, had a walk in closet with two luggage racks (!) , sizable bathroom with a wonderful four-way shower and bath product. Our king bed was super comfy with luxurious comforter and pillows. We had a lovely sitting area to read books and a fancy coffee/tea making station and mini frig. The breakfast was incredibly generous with the continental breakfast alone offering at least five different cold cereals, cheese, three different pastries (chocolate croissant, plain croissant, cinnamon bun), Guinness banana bread, two kinds of bread for toast, assorted jams and butter, yogurt and fresh fruit salad, a delicious granola yogurt concoction, and several types of juice, coffee, ample tea selection. And I’m sure I’m missing some items! On top of all that you can add hot items - Irish breakfast, eggs and sausage and bacon and hash browns, two different kinds of crepes, and more. While we were not here to golf this time, clearly most folks are golfers. We wanted to be closer to the Tarbert Ferry to head north as we were coming from (a terrible hotel stay) in Dingle and the Tides was a welcome oasis for us. It was also lovely to not deal with difficult parking for the first time in Ireland! We hope our travels bring us back to Ballybunion and to visit

Everything was very easy and service was above and beyond. From the check-in process, to the beds, to the water pressure, and everything else was intentionally done well. I was very impressed and will return when I come back to Ballybunion.

Due to a family bereavement they were unable to offer breakfast, but we had not booked breakfast anyway. Although we were there in late August the town was incredibly quiet. Most food and drink places were closed for the duration of our 3 night stay, for breakfast or dinner. But McMunns were open on our last night and we got a good dinner there.
