"We did not receive any communication regarding checking despite a communication from us that went unanswered 3 days prior. On the day of the booking we reached out to obtain the keys and after an hour the host responded stating they had double booked the property. We were a party of 6 adults and their offer to compensate us with a 1 BR appt. When I questioned the lack of beds, the host did not respond for more than 1 hour. I attempted to contact VRBO by phone and chat without any response...
