Communication with her before and during our stay could not have been any better and she obviously put a lot of love into the decoration of the cottage. "We had a very comfortable stay. The remoteness was good for us as we love walking. We would have liked the TV working but due to storm no TV or movies. Loved the cats and dogs. Overall cosy, welcoming, clean, rural and great for our family reunion. Thank you to Barbara and family. "

"This property is in an amazing location if you’re looking for peace and tranquility - a beautiful get away and close to a town that is charming with a few great restaurants and pubs. The scenery is breathtaking and the staff is incredibly responsive, helpful, kind, professional and personable. "

"The house was very clean except for the carpets. There was a lot of room for our group. The rooms were large and adequately furnished. The kitchen utensils and cookware was a bit sparse. The rent was very reasonable, but I would rather pay a bit more and not have to “rent” towels or supply additional toilet paper or buy dish soap. "

"This is the ideal spot for exploring and enjoying the surrounding areas. The home is immaculate, cozy and picturesque. It is centrally located to Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands, Galway, etc. The house was fabulous but Ann, the host, was phenomenal. She gave wonderful advice about places to explore, was responsive to inquiries and just an all around wonderful person. We are so glad we found this home and appreciate Ann opening it up to us!"

"Staff friendly, quick check-in, small room but clean and modern, good shower, lots of storage for luggage, air conditioning, great location for the city or bus and train station for day trips. Ideal as a base for a short trip or onward journey. "

"Our visit was wonderful The staff was terrific and helpful. Our two rooms were grand. The location is especially well suited for getting from the train station or bus made sightseeing easy. It is near Eyre Square, across from eateries, and a nifty (short) stroll from everything. It is a perfect spot to stay in Galway. We wouldn’t book any other hotel !!!!"
