"We really appreciated the air conditioning in the room after a hot day outside. The breakfast was good, too. The king size bed seemed more like a queen, but it was still nice to have a larger bed option than the standard double in most hotels."

"The hotel is updating it's water-view restaurant and bar. That's a shame even though the alternative facilities were OK. I was advised that this was the case in advance of my stay but is the only reason why I did not give a 5-star review. Staff were very helpful and welcoming at all times."

"Rooms were big and clean. Beds were well maintained and soft sheets. Breakfast had a lot of options and tasted good. Flat White coffee kept me fresh for the start of the day. Service was fantastic."

Perfect setting with fabulous views & everything you need for your stay lots of local amenities close by with the waterfront & restaurants & bars a short stroll away We had the beat time celebrating our eldest son's wedding with sunny weather! Couldn't recommend Durg House Ballina & Killaloe highly enough We will be returning!"
