From the moment we checked in our host Giovanni made us feel very welcome and went through all logistics and attractions nearby. "Absolutely beautiful villa with complete peace and privacy, minutes from beautiful, uncrowded beaches, Zingaro Reserve and quaint villages for dining and wandering. The villa was immaculately clean, tastefully appointed and showed great attention to detail. The grounds were so lovely and the pool heavenly! "We had a really good stay. The house has good qualities and the outside area are lovely. Lots of space, secure property, nice pool and a small «Zoo» as neighbor. The small city of Balestate is really nice. Good restaurants, cafees and small shops. And nice people. Not many tourists, but the locals makes the town lively at night. We walked to the restaurants. It takes about 30 min. We can really recommend this place."

"The photos do not do it justice, the place is beautiful, lovely grounds, large pool , sauna, steam room, outside oven and bbq. Had a lovely meal cooked by Nonna Maria and team one evening. Any issues we had were dealt with straight away, we all had a fantastic week"

"The property was better than expected. The only issue was the surrounding area. It wasn't the same as the Villa but we felt safe and secure. We walked to Cafe's Grocery stores and Resturants. The Host was the best I've ever experienced."

"The hosts of this listing are a delightful couple. They were so welcoming with their own fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and cannolis. They had a basket full of local treats and pasta if we wanted to cook. The place is a little challenging to find but worth it. The property is beautiful and relaxing. It was a lovely way to end our Italy trip."
