Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Ballena retreat. This townhome boasts a spacious atmosphere with breathtaking views. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, hair dryer, and bathtub for your comfort. We hope you enjoy what our place and all that Ballena has to offer. If your group needs more space, two other 2-bedroom townhouses can be rented on the same parcel. Parking area is safe and off the street.

Birds and jungle animals surround the area. Toucans are seen daily along with Crested Guans, hawks, and hummingbirds. Mammals seen on the property include coatis, Agoutis, tayras, monkeys, and badgers.

It is a lovely spot close to the ocean, but high enough to enjoy the ocean views and breezes.

NICE PLACE

We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. While it's not very long, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. We had a Toyota Corolla and managed just fine, except during one rainy night when the car couldn’t make it up the hill, and we had to walk to the property. That was the only minor inconvenience.The outdoor area of the property is still under construction, and the hosts mentioned that they plan to build a pool soon, which will be a great addition. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back to this place in the future!
