"Clean, very attractive building, nice attention to detail. Eg: drip (coffee grinder, cone, paper filters) and Keurig coffee, reading lights in upstairs bed. Balcony is great for bird watching, enjoying the view. QUIET, unless there might be some nose due to neighboring ranch activity during the day. Unfortunately the second bedroom is only accessible from outside. Quite a long staircase."

"Stayed at the Ballard Inn recently in the middle of May and it was magical. Its a really cute boutique hotel with age old charm and updated services. Their breakfast is included and its delicious. You literally get a house key and it feels like home. Walked the darling white picket fence quiet neighborhood and grabbed so me famous pastries at Bobs Well Bread across the street.
