"Hotel was welcoming, clean rooms. All staff was very pleasant.We had a room overlooking the Aqua garden (instead of a sea view). A very pleasant outlook. The swimming pool is a weird design, slopes in from all sides. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good selection. On the first evening, we dined in the Bonsai Pan Asian restaurant, although not run by the hotel, it is accessible through the hotel lobby. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the food was excellent but a bit pricey. "

"Thoroughly enjoyable stay, accommodated our preferred check in time, and very welcoming staff. Everthing was spotless, and room/bathroom cleaned daily. Toiletries provided as is tea coffee facilities in room. Breakfasts were fantastic, such a lovely varied menu catering for all tastes. Centrally situated for all attractions. Would definitely stay here again."

"A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too."
