"There are beautiful guests in the hostel, however there are some creepy male guests. Please please take care, ladies. Sometimes the kitchen is too dirty to use, and sometimes the showers don't have hot water. Depending on your room, noise at night from the street is loud. There is no air conditioner, so summertime will be hot even at night. The staff can be helpful, but it depends who you get. A nice young girl is helpful. There is a boy volunteer with a dog who is nice. Location isn't in...

"They let me check in late,which was good,but i did not get credited toward my rewards for the night,because they told hotels.com and me that they didn't havr record of my staying there,which was unfortunate,because i was low on money and it would have been my 10th night,and i was depending on the free night in another city Tje hostel was ok,but if you really need to collect nights,look elsewhere"

"We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we fly in or out of Sofia and we always have a great experience. The hotel staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and spotless clean, beds are comfortable. There is free parking and it’s easy to get around by car or taxi. We’ve used the hotel airport shuttle in the past but we had a car this time, otherwise it was a great option to get to the airport. Overall the excellent hotel and they’ve continuously kept the level of service over the years. Highly recommend! "
