"The staff are friendly and helpful. Being next to a shopping mall and bar/restaurant the location is very good. However, when I walked in it smelt damp, looked damp and felt damp. Damp patches are evident on the walls where the wallpaper is discoloured/peeling and the paintwork is bubbling. This I’m sure has a lot to do with low occupancy levels during the recent pandemic. "I like in the middle of the city's, very convenient, but the service was poor, broken furniture, pillow cases dirty discolouration, i upgraded to $ 35 dollar with that price i could have beter hotel. "They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop...
