Nautilux Rethymno by Mage Hotels
5.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (238)
"Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Entertainment was a 3 out of 5 and not daily. Rooms...

"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

"Beautiful property! Peaceful feeling. Breakfast and Dinner included. Food was amazing. Service was great. The staff was amazing and fun! Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "

Family new villa w/private pool, kids play area & bbq, close to sandy beach
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"We had a lovely stay at the villa. Great location close to bars and restaurants but far enough from the main town and set in a beautiful location with mountain and sea views and away from main road, so feels secluded and very calm and relaxing. Also it’s very near the stop for the ‘little train’ bus tour that goes to the nearby beaches. The pool area was fantastic, with a lovely shaded terrace. Great gas barbecue for meals outdoors. Plenty of nice comfy outdoor chairs, loungers etc....
