"The Tower Hotel is in a wonderful location, with awesome views of the Tower Bridge and the Thames. When we arrived, the automated system could not locate our reservation, so we had to wait in a second line for the receptionist. The room was clean and functional. The view was spectacular! The VU Bar offered beautiful views, excellent service, and a limited wine list. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We used the speedy checkout box for a quick checkout."

"We enjoyed our room and the view very much. Room service food was really good and we had a spacious room with in door and out door eating areas. The Breakfast was a bit overcrowded but we enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced. The kids play are was a huge hit with our 11 year old son and he went there everyday as well as the pool. I would definitely stay here again."
