"Pros: - Newly furnished building in great location - just steps away from the arc that leads into the circular streets. - No breakfast option, but they offer 15% discount at the restaurant downstairs which did great breakfasts - Building locked at night, access with key only - 10 euro parking/night at lot 5 min walk away Cons: - We stayed in the attic level rooms, so space was quite small and cramped both in the bedroom and the washroom. "Centrally Located within old town’s pedestrian zone, the apartment is modern and well equipped. The reception is some 10-min-walk away at the holiday rental company outside the old town. The reception‘s parking lot also serves as off-site parking and E-buggy shuttle service from parking lot to apartment is included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking accommodation in Rovinj old town."

The electric kettle wasn’t working properly, but we figured out how to use the induction stove! That was a great addition to the room! The location was great for restaurants and nearby to the water.
