"The location was convenient for visiting Syracuse, and the large fenced yard was a great feature for traveling with my dog. However, several issues affected my stay. I had to contact the host twice before receiving the check-in instructions, which added unnecessary stress on the day of arrival. The cleanliness was disappointing considering the 120 cleaning fee. The walls, doors, and baseboards were visibly dirty, and there were numerous dead bugs inside the home. I photographed the condition and...

"We had a great stay in Syracuse visiting family. The property was neat and clean and well appointed. Great coffee selection!!! Very comfortable for a long weekend get away in Tipp Hill. Enjoyed some local pubs and antique shops. Would stay again when in town."

"The owner checked in with us several times to make sure everything was to our liking and comfort. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!"

"Very clean and nice. Quiet as it’s in the back."

"'On business trip lasting two nights relaxed thanks to peaceful room featuring blackout curtains helping ensure restful sleep after late flights arrived.' Prompt check-ins sped process so no delays happened either."

"Place was clean and host was very easy to communicate with"

"We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. Needless to say, that statement gave me a few more gray hairs. After a few more text messages, the host finally got it right. I would...

"Had a great stay at this adorable home in Tipp Hill! Fun scavenger hunt made the stay even more fun & gave us some great local history! Woul definitely stay again. One note...if you have trouble going up & down stairs, this may not be a good fit, there are steps to get to the house & the staircase is a bit tight with a tight turn. If that's not an issue for you, then I highly recommend a stay at this super cute perfectly located home in Tipp Hill!"

"They advertised a pool that doesn’t exist despite it being in the photos. Do not book this place if you’re expecting a pool. They admitted fault and said they’d give us a $50 refund, but not a full refund - despite there being nowhere else to stay at short notice, and others having complained about this for over a year. Terrible and misleading"

"Loved staying at this place! We came for a concert and soaking in the hot tub before and after was a game changer! The hosts had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy, everything felt clean and fresh. The decor is spot on! The only tiny criticism is that the water in the shower gets cold quickly and there was no gas in the fire pit (or it didn’t seem to work for us). If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse, we will be back to The Simpatico!"

"The host was so responsive and welcoming. He was quick to reply to my messages and the space was exactly as pictured. Thank you for allowing us in your space."

"The apartment was very nice. New and clean with quality finishes and everything a traveler needs! Great host communication and a very reasonable price."

"The home was clean; however, it had more drawbacks than benefits. The stairs leading to the entrance had no handrails, which is a definite safety hazard, and they were also in need of repair.Upon entering, the home had a stale odor with a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink only had cold water, although the shower did provide hot water. The washcloths and towels appeared old and worn, and the freezer was not cold enough to freeze 8-ounce bottles of water. The property...

"Great place Clean and cozy Host great"

"Don’t book this, you will regret it. I had to leave after 1 hour of being there. The room was disgusting and the bathtub looked like it had never been cleared. I could stomach staying there not a minute later! Save your money!"

"Parking on the street is convenient. So much to do within walking distance. The loft was spotless, comfortable, modern… perfect. Will absolutely stay here again. "

"Clean Room, Had to shell out 2 days of parking fees for 10 hours of parking as there is no free parking available for overnight parking and the nearest paid parking had only day fees 3:01AM - 3AM."
