"It was comfortable. Clean. Unfortunately the the guest prior to us smoked marijuana in the main room. I’m sure there was very little for the host to address this before we checked in. Otherwise great, courteous. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln and found lots to do. Property about a 20 minute walk to the centre and nice to walk through the Arboretum. Hot tub was fun and pretty well maintained but property itself quite run down and poor attention to detail (no batteries in TV remote, freezer unusable as so frosted up, no dishwasher etc...I'm a holiday cottage owner myself and think about the quality we offer and the welcome pack we always include; this was barely adequate in comparison. "Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good "
