"There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. "We had a great 5 day stay, the house was spacious enough for our family. The house is located in a nice quiet area within a short walk to amenities or a short drive into Bolton etc. would definatley book here again. "
