Andrea Guest House

Villa "Andrea" is a luxurious guesthouse located in Rogachevo, 20 km from Varna Airport. The location combines mountain air and ocean views with a panoramic vista of the resort towns of Albena and Kranevo, as well as the Baltata Nature Reserve, which is just a 5-minute drive away.

Guests at the villa have access to a 4x8-meter swimming pool, which features a whirlpool at one end. The pool is heated with solar energy. Our guests can also enjoy a large sun terrace with lounge chairs and a well-maintained garden. In the courtyard, guests will find a charcoal grill, a seating area with patio furniture, and a large table where they can enjoy warm summer evenings with a delicious meal and a drink. The summer terrace and the pool offer a magnificent view of the sea. The courtyard also has parking for 3 cars. There is also parking available on the street next to the villa.

The villa features a large banquet hall with a capacity of up to 30 people, a separate kitchen for preparing meals, and a living room with a pool table, a fireplace, and a large smart TV. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. The bedrooms are laid out as follows:

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large double bed and an en suite bathroom. This room also features a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people.

On the upper floor, there are 2 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. Each apartment has a bathroom with a toilet. The living room also features a pull-out sofa for 1 person. There is also another bathroom on the first floor that is not assigned to any specific room.
