Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class

10/10 Excellent

"An amazing location to explore old town Istanbul and a very nice hotel and room. The staff were great helping us out. In particular, on the day we arrived after 11 hours on the night bus the lovely man on reception arranged for the room to be made available 30 minutes early and served us tea and coffee whilst the room was being made up. He was great! The cleaning lady was lovely and friendly and did a great job."

"I was designated a smokers room after saying I did not smoke the girl on reception was so unhelpful as she said I basically had to stay in it, you could taste the smoke it was disgusting and I would have walked on the booking but I spoke to the manager who was helpful to give me another room, much better and a few on the house beverages to apologise which is why I feel a 4 star is validated as the actual management were good, they need to train their young staff a bit better. I do love Hilton Hotels so will continue to go back"

"Nous avons pris une chambre familiale à l’hôtel Çiragan. Elle était grande, mais n’avait qu’une vue de coin sur le Bosphore. L’hôtel est en excellent état, le personnel est vraiment gentil et il y a plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Il est facile de se déplacer partout grâce aux autobus qui relient Taksim et Kabatas en quelques minutes. Le port et"
