"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. "The parking lot is small, but the staff was helpful. I had to park on a nearby street the first night, but Bursa seems like a safe city. Dinner is a fixed menu of soup, salad, main course, dessert and soft drinks. Everything was delicious, the staff helpful, the restaurant has a view of the city. The breakfast was excellent. A cap is mandatory in the pool, if you don't have your own, you have to buy one for €1."
