"You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover.
