It was in a very good location for discovering the island from the north down to the southern end and it was all stunning with lovely beaches and wild places to discover."

"We came in late but had a very warm and nice welcom and good and helpful contact with the owner. The house was complete with everything you need, and for the first evening and morning there also was some food present. We had a stay of only 3 nights, but would have liked to stay longer. Hope to come back in future."

"Aw what a lovely stay we had at the bungalow. Deceptively big and laid out so well for families. Very homely. So equipped to be able to cook and the welcome basket with bread, eggs, butter, milk and weetabix was so welcome as shops aren’t easy to find and have short opening hours! We were in awe of the view and look forward to hopefully returning soon."

"Beautiful location, well laid out and up to date property. Fully stocked for all eventualities. Warm welcome from host, appreciated bottle of wine! Lots of things to do in the area, we were so busy we couldn't find time to spark up the hot tub, alas. All in all, a fabulous week. The agency website doesn't do sufficient justice to the property."

We had a great time done all the stone circle visits and went down to Harris beaches took 1 hour to get there well worth the visit ."

"This is a truly beautiful home in an incredible location. The home is so spacious and is well set up for a very comfortable stay. The setting--literally at the end of the road--offers peace and quiet along with incredible views, and it is fairly central for day trips to the island's sites. Marie is very quick to respond to inquiries and provide helpful information and advice."

"We had a fantastic stay at Cliff Cottage! Marie could not have been more welcoming. The cottage is really clean and comfortable and stocked with everything that you might need. Super dog- friendly. The location is beautiful- a stone’s throw from the beach and there are lots of outdoor activities, not least walking, to do on the island. We’d definitely come back!"

"This large house located in Swordle just 10 minutes from the town of Stornoway has everything you need for a family vacation! 5 bedrooms with lots of room for additional guests, this house is perfect to host large gatherings. It has an amazing view over the water where you can see ships and ferries entering the harbour. My family and I would absolutely come back to Druim Mor when visiting the Isle of Lewis."
