A retro gem among high end hotels. The Sea View is a lovely throw back to the classic 50's. It may not have all the bells and whistles of its neighbors, but what it has is just right for a beach vacation. It's staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool was wonderful and I found the food was better than some of the pricey restaurants in the Bal Harbor Mall. I was so extremely pleased. Great staff, Great price, AMAZING room, privacy. I really enjoyed this quaint boutique hotel. I fell in love with it the second I walked into the room. Didn't get the Harbor View I selected during booking, but I loved it!

We are a family traveling. I’d say we will not return with kids. It’s family friendly in the sense that there are other kids there but the resort overall is really not designed for families. My husband -who is athletic and 42 years of age - fell in the shallow end of the pool because the bottom of the pool was extremely slippery. He did get hurt. Lots or restaurants and shops near by walking distance. The property was clean and staff very nice. The transportation was only $8 pp to cruise port.

We had an issue with uncomfortable mattress. They IMMEDIATELY brought in a new one!! People wonderful, great value for this!! We've stayed at May-Dee Suites many time and wonderful each time.

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

It was my first time staying in this hotel and I have to admit I feel like it’s a lot better than the Hard Rock Hotel. The room was big and all the options you had, cook food, big fridge, great bathroom and living room. I love it. The pool was nice to swim and just watch the sunset. The staff was very nice and wanted to get us our room asap even earlier then expected. It's older but clean and 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Price point was great, easy check in. You can do street parking at a discount using their QR CODE they have posted. That made parking overnight less the. 25.00 and close to the hotel. Will stay there again.

the hotel was very clean and so was our room. it was very quiet in the room . the location of the hotel is excellent close to many restaurante and shops within 1-10 mins walk. the staff was wonderful too ! excellent stay!!!

Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel. Some other hotels in the area may do well to follow their example-just saying...also really accessible to many places, within walking distance. Top spot and a new favourite!!!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Loved that there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the no pet policy as well. Very smooth check in process, will definitely be booking again.
