BERBAT OTEL
hotels.comdan rezervasyonumu yapıp onaylamalarına rağmen odaları kalmadığı için otellerine almadılar. Rezervasyonda ödememi yapmış olmama rağmen paramı geri iade dahi etmediler. Despite booking and confirming from hotels.com did not stay in the hotel because they do not have rooms. Even though I made my payment on the reservation, they did not even refund my money. They answered rudely by shouting phone calls on my face and hanging up on my face and behaved rudely. A disgraceful hotel in every sense of service from the staff. I say don't go ...
